We only work with reputable website design and hosting services who have staff dedicated to technical support 7 days a week.  This ensures your site is available just about all the time.

Hands-on Learning

You decide how much of the website you want to maintain.  At appropriate points in designing and building your site, we will offer hands-on learning, with step-by-step guidance.  After launch, we provide refresher courses as well.

Design Documentation

Once the site design is set, we can create page-by-page documentation that describes the design decisions made on each page.  Ongoing reference back to this information helps preserve the original clean design.

Ongoing Support

We are happy to make ongoing site updates and keep up on new features that would benefit your visitors.  As your organization expands, we can help your website lead additional growth.  The host vendor also provides technical support.
